• Quick quote — fast estimates for straightforward jobs. Supports the same service types as the full quote in a streamlined interface.
• Custom quote — fully flexible quoting for any job type. Designed for non-window cleaning trades or any work that doesn't fit a standard template — any service, any price, any description.
• Shop run quote — built for retail strips and shopping centres, with per-tenant pricing and cash collection tracking.

Yes. Glazio has a dedicated shop run feature designed specifically for window cleaners who service retail strips and shopping centres. You build your run once with all tenants listed, then tick them off as you complete each one. It tracks cash collected per tenant, records payment method, and gives you a clear end-of-run summary. Runs can be saved as reusable templates so you don't have to rebuild them each visit.

When a job is marked complete, you send a professional invoice directly from the app. The client receives a branded email with a full breakdown of work completed and payment details. You mark the invoice as paid when payment arrives — it gets a green Paid badge. Unpaid invoices show a red Unpaid badge. The dashboard shows overdue alerts grouped by age (7, 14, and 30+ days). Automated payment reminders can be sent at those intervals.

Yes. Jobs can be set to recur at any frequency — weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 6 weeks, quarterly, or any custom interval. When a recurring job is completed, the next occurrence is automatically created and added to your schedule. Recurrence end dates are supported, and assigned staff and job details carry forward to each new occurrence.

Yes. Glazio supports three roles. Owner has full access to all features including revenue, settings, and billing. Business Manager can manage jobs, quotes, clients, team, and finances but cannot access owner settings. Field Worker has access to their assigned jobs and schedule only. Staff are invited via email and access the app from any device — no separate installs required.

Yes. The Equipment section lets you log all business assets — water fed poles, squeegees, pressure washers, vehicles, ladders, and any other equipment. Each item stores a photo, brand, model, serial number, purchase date, purchase price, and condition. You can generate a detailed insurance report for any selected items, showing total declared value — useful if equipment is stolen or lost and you need to make an insurance claim.

Yes. When a job is booked or rescheduled, Glazio automatically sends a confirmation email to the client with the job date, time, scope of work, and assigned staff. Rescheduling emails include the previous date so clients know exactly what changed.

Yes. Quotes can be sent to clients with an online approval link. The client reviews the quote and approves it with one click. When approved, the job status updates in Glazio automatically and the owner is notified. No back-and-forth phone calls or emails required.

Yes. Glazio has a full expense tracking module. Log business expenses by category, attach receipts, and see them reflected in your net profit calculation on the dashboard. The revenue view shows revenue, expenses, net profit, and unpaid amounts for any period — so you always know exactly where your business stands financially.

Glazio includes a BAS and tax section that summarises GST collected and paid across a selected period, making it easier to prepare your Business Activity Statement. It is a reporting aid, not a replacement for an accountant, but it puts the data you need in a clear, organised format.
