What is a shop run?
A shop run is a regular route servicing multiple retail tenants — a shopping strip, arcade, or centre. Each tenant is a separate client with their own pricing, payment method, and service frequency. Managing this with a standard job management tool is awkward. Glazio has a dedicated shop run module built specifically for this workflow.
Reusable run templates
Build your run once with all tenants, their pricing, and service details. Save it as a named template and reload it each visit — no rebuilding from scratch every time.
Tick-off as you go

Owner
Full access to everything — quotes, jobs, clients, team, revenue, expenses, settings, and billing. The owner account is the workspace administrator.
Business Manager
Can manage jobs, quotes, clients, team, expenses, and finances. Cannot access owner-level settings or billing. Ideal for a senior team member or operations manager running the day-to-day.
Field Worker
Access to assigned jobs and schedule only. Field workers can update job status, run timers, and undertake site visits to gather quoting information on behalf of business managers and owners. They cannot see financial data, client details beyond their assigned jobs, or team information.
Staff invites
Invite staff via email. They sign up, join your workspace, and immediately have access appropriate to their role — from any device, no IT setup required.
